bought a new or remanufactured ink or toner cartridge.
Warranty:
All of our printer ink cartridges, toners & other printer supplies come with a 1-year
warranty either from Express-Inks or from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
If you encounter a warranty issue, please contact customer support.
Returns:
Any returns must be authorized by obtaining an RMA#. If you encounter an issue with
one of our ink or toner cartridges & need to return a product, please
contact customer support.
